About Norfolk

Norfolk County is a municipality of 61,000 located on the north shore of Lake Erie in Southwestern Ontario. Located between Elgin County and the new Haldimand County, Norfolk is a restructured municipality consisting of a number of smaller towns and townships including the former Townships of Norfolk and Delhi, Town of Simcoe, and part of the former City of Nanticoke.

Combining the best of urban and rural life, Norfolk County offers excellent recreation, shopping and investment opportunities. The popular provincial Highway 3, known as the Detroit-Buffalo corridor passes through the municipality. Highways 24 and 59 conveniently connect residents and industry to Highways 401 and 403.

Norfolk's economy is varied from strong agri-business enterprises to manufacturing to tourist resorts.
